What You Bring to the Table
- 1-3 years of leadership experience in retail or food service
- High school diploma/GED (post-secondary education a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic business math and computer proficiency
- Problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Food safety certification (or within 30 days)
- Flexible to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and able to move throughout the bakery
