As a Guest Service Lead at Nothing Bundt Cakes, you'll be the face of our bakery and a key leader on our team! You'll create memorable experiences for our guests while helping to lead our front-of-house operations. This role combines your love for customer service with leadership skills, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on both our guests and team members.
A Day in the Life
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm while embodying our core values
- Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service
- Help coach and develop team members
- Assist the bakery management team with scheduling, training, and daily operations
- Process orders accurately and suggest complementary products to complete celebrations
- Maintain a clean, welcoming environment for our guests
- Support other team members during busy periods
- Help manage inventory and bakery presentation
- Assist with opening/closing procedures including cash handling
What We're Looking For
- Someone who embodies our core values (see below!)
- Previous customer service experience (food service or retail preferred)
- Leadership experience or potential to grow into a leadership role
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable using technology and point-of-sale systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
