Joy Creator – Guest Service Team Member
Training Location: Training for this position will take place at our Gilbert Bakery, located approximately 5 miles away at 2285 E. Baseline Rd., Suite 103, Gilbert, AZ 85234.

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, our Joy Creators are the heart of the guest experience! From helping someone choose the perfect cake for a birthday to adding the finishing touches to a special celebration, you’ll help make every visit memorable.
As a Joy Creator, you’ll welcome guests with genuine warmth, assist with in-store and phone orders, recommend cakes and celebration items, and make sure every guest leaves a little happier than when they arrived.

As a Joy Creator, you will:
- Greet every walk-in and phone guest with genuine warmth, enthusiasm, and a helpful attitude.
- Follow Nothing Bundt Cakes Sweet Steps of Service to create an exceptional guest experience.
- Learn our cakes, flavors, sizes, pricing, promotions, and retail merchandise so you can confidently help guests find exactly what they need.
- Recommend celebration extras such as balloons, candles, cards, and other merchandise.
- Accurately and efficiently process guest orders using our point-of-sale system.
- Invite guests to join the Nothing Bundt Cakes Loyalty Program and stay connected with upcoming promotions.
- Keep the Bakery clean, organized, stocked, and ready to welcome guests.
- Replenish merchandise and maintain an attractive cake display.
- Assist with preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies when needed.
- Follow all food safety, health, cleanliness, dress code, and company policies.
- Arrive on time and maintain dependable attendance.
- Jump in wherever needed to support your teammates and create a great Bakery experience.

Requirements:
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- No formal education or previous work experience is required.
- Previous guest service experience in a Bakery, restaurant, retail store, or similar environment is a plus—but we'll teach the right person!
Work Availability:
Candidates should have flexibility to work a variety of shifts based on business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
