The Cake Frosting component puts the sugar on top and makes every moment extra sweet. The frosting function puts the finishing touches on the cake for our guests. Our cake frosters ensure our cakes look as delicious and delectable as they taste!
The Guest Service Representative, also known as our "Joy Creator" function - sweetens up the place, setting the mood and making a stop in the bakery an event worth posting about. You’ll get to play party planner by helping guests order the right cake for their celebrations and making sure their orders go off without a hitch. You’ll make everyone feel welcomed, and you’ll create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in your community.

Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements:
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
- While no formal education or work experience is required, previous experience in an operational support role at a bakery or restaurant or in a food service environment is a plus.
- Preference given to candidates who have ServSafe Food Service license (or the ability to obtain within 60 days of hire)
Work Availability:
Must have the flexibility to work peak holiday periods (such as Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve), and various shifts which including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, based on changing business demands.
Benefits:
After 90 days, full-time employees are eligible for medical/vision insurance and two-weeks paid leave. After a full year, full-time employees will be eligible for 401k with 6% company match.
Must be able to travel between Bethesda and Rockville locations.
