Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand confidently at events, promotions, and in-store activities to attract and engage potential customers
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits in an energetic and approachable manner
  • Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, responding to followers, and increasing online visibility
  • Collect valuable data during events and campaigns to analyze customer preferences and improve marketing strategies
  • Assist with event marketing efforts by setting up displays, distributing promotional materials, and ensuring a positive attendee experience
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering product insights, and fostering a welcoming environment
  • Support sales initiatives through direct engagement, upselling products, and encouraging trial experiences
Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is highly advantageous for understanding client interactions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public in diverse settings
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to connect with a broader audience effectively
  • Experience managing social media platforms or executing digital marketing campaigns is preferred
  • Ability to perform product demos clearly and enthusiastically while maintaining professionalism
  • Knowledge of branding principles and marketing strategies to effectively promote the brand’s message
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude that energizes those around you
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends during promotional events

Compensation: $11.50 - $13.00 per hour
