The Details:
Overall, all bakery duties and operations fall on the bakery manager. The lead and key holders are there to be hands-on assists with the managers goals, plans, and initiatives.

Handles Development of Management & Team Members
- SRG/SRP executions, Daily Operations efficiencies, New Operations roll outs, Ensures Graded Visit Bakery Compliance
- Completes interviews with potential candidates
Oversees BOH and FOH , and Shift Leaders and works with them directly on completion of their assigned job duties
Handle all team employment human resources. Semi-annual reviews, performance issues and improvement plan. Communicate with supervisors or assistants the gameplan.

· Overseas ALL operations of the bakery.

· Completes baking plan and ordering

· Tracks sales and FOH goals.

· Ensures BOH is clean, organized, labeled.

· Communicate to FOH and BOH the SRG/SRP guides and work together to execute

· Scheduling for the Toledo bakery

· Deliveries if necessary
- work offsite events

· Ensure all guest issues/complaints are resolved

· Handle all emails within 24 hours

· Communicate with owners and team in timely and professional fashion
