Overview:
The Mobile Bakery Associate plays a key role in bringing our bakery experience beyond the storefront. This position is responsible for transporting baked goods between our hub and spoke bakeries, ensuring product quality and timely delivery. They also represent our brand at pop-up sales events — setting up displays, assisting customers, and creating a joyful, memorable experience that reflects our “Bring the Joy” mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport baked goods and supplies between bakery locations and event sites
Load and unload product with care to maintain freshness and presentation standards
Set up, restock, and manage pop-up sales displays
Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide friendly, helpful service
Handle transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
Track inventory and communicate product needs or shortages to bakery management
Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle and event setup areas
Represent the bakery brand professionally at all times

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Comfortable driving a commercial van
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Friendly and enthusiastic, with great customer service skills
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet during events
Weekend availability required; schedule may vary with event calendar

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
