This new position will support Nothing Bundt Cakes Fort Worth marketing and outreach efforts by further developing and executing the current local marketing strategies and offsite events.  Working closely with the Bakery management team this person will coordinate and organize offsite events and community partnerships. It is expected that this position will grow the number of off site events throughout the year.  This position will contribute to content creation, brand promotion, and guest engagement initiatives within the Nothing Bundt Cakes Fort Worth brand guidelines.

 

This person needs to be a self-starter with strong organizational skills, a positive and professional attitude, and a passion for connecting with the community to grow the Nothing Bundt Cakes Fort Worth brand. 

Key Responsibilities will be to grow the number of off-site events

Other responsibilities will be to prepare necessary supplies for offsite events, schedule employees necessary to cover the events as well as working the offsite events and representing the face of the Forth Worth bakery. 

This person will report to the Nothing Bundt Cakes Fort Worth management team. 

Other duties within the bakery will also be assigned as needed by the Nothing Bundt Cakes Fort Worth management team.

The hours worked will vary, depending on events, but could include evenings as well as week-ends as well as daytime hours.

This is a full time position (30 hours) but will not exceed 40 hours per week.

Must have a good driving record, as driving the company van to events will be expected.

Must have experience with Microsoft Office products for the administrative needs of the role.

Must have excellent and professional communication skills (both verbally and in writing) in order to communicate with potential clients for events.

Must be able to successfully manage employees while on the site of events
