What Makes This Role Special
As a Multi-Unit Assistant Lead Supervisor, you’ll support in delivering excellent guest experiences, ensuring team development, and maintaining high quality and operational standards. You’ll assist in day-to-day operations ant two sites (Grosse Pointe and Sterling Heights) under leadership, help foster culture, and help ensure consistency in execution.

A Day in the Life
Support your team and bakery operations at two sites (Grosse Pointe and Sterling Heights) while creating joy for guests. Throughout your shift, you'll:
  • Guide team members to deliver exceptional service
  • Ensure quality standards in cake production
  • Support daily operations and special orders
  • Help maintain a positive work environment
  • Assist with administrative duties and reporting
  • Partner with management on business goals

What You Bring to the Table
  • 2-4 years of leadership experience in retail or food service (multi-site experience preferred)
  • High school diploma/GED (post-secondary education a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic business math and computer proficiency
  • Problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Food safety certification (or within 30 days)
  • Flexible to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Able and willing to work at both the Sterling Heights and Grosse Pointe locations.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and able to move throughout the bakery

Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
