At Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC), our Team Member/Delivery Drivers learn how to create joy for our guests in every way, from the front of the house to the heart of the house! As a Team Member, you will:
- Learn to frost our delicious cakes, available in four sizes and tons of exciting flavors, making every moment for our guests extra sweet
- Have the opportunity to flex and grow your time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
- Play party planner by helping guests order the right cake for their celebrations and making sure their orders go off without a hitch
- Make everyone feel welcomed, and you’ll create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in your community
As a Delivery Driver, you will:
- Load, transport, and deliver cakes in a safe, timely manner with a friendly attitude.
- Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete.
- Protect the quality of the NbC product.
- Adhere to assigned routes and following time schedules.
- Abide by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
- Keep vehicle organized, clean and tidy.
- Comply with all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.
- Maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Exhibits high energy and strong interpersonal skills; is friendly, helpful, positive, patient, socially confident and communicative.
- Is diligent, organized, and self-motivated.
- Has the ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
- Skilled and confident driver.
- Comfortable maneuvering and parking a vehicle.
- Alert, focused, and detail-oriented with an innate sense of direction.
- Proficient in using GPS and other routing systems.
Education, Certifications, and Work Experience Requirements:
- Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Clean driving record with no moving violations.
- Previous delivery driver experience preferred.
Work Availability:
Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on changing business demands.
