We’re looking for an outgoing, high-energy individual to join our Hilltop team as a Marketing & Events Assistant Manager. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and spreading joy through our delicious Bundt Cakes. The primary focus is weekday marketing—visiting local businesses, attending events, and driving community awareness of our bakery. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, as travel to nearby businesses is a key part of the role. This team member will also assist with organizing donations, tracking outreach, and supporting occasional shift coverage in the bakery. A great fit is someone who loves meeting new people, enjoys being out and about, and is passionate about helping others discover their new favorite sweet treat.
