Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Bakery Manager with day-to-day operations
- Lead and motivate team members to meet performance and quality standards
- Ensure consistent presentation and quality of all products
- Provide excellent guest service and resolve issues as needed
- Assist with inventory management, supply ordering, and scheduling
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bakery environment
- Train and coach staff to ensure adherence to company standards
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of leadership experience in food service, retail, or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work weekends and some holidays as needed
