DELIVERY DRIVER – PART TIME
The Midtown Tulsa Nothing Bundt Cakes location is open Monday to Friday from 9:00AM to 7:00PM, Saturdays from 10AM to 6PM and Sundays from 11AM to 4PM. We are located at 5501 E. 41st Street, Tulsa OK 74135.
The Nothing Bundt Cakes delivery driver is responsible for the transportation of goods, supplies and ingredients to and from the Midtown Tulsa and South Tulsa bakery locations with occasional transportation as needed to the Oklahoma City location. The delivery driver is responsible for checking the accuracy , loading and unloading, maintaining and ensuring the quality of transported goods, and supplies and ingredients. The delivery driver may be asked to assist elsewhere within the bakery as needed.

Education and Work Requirements:
- Applicant must be 21 years of age or older.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Applicant must have a clean driving record.
- Previous delivery driver experience is a plus.
- Previous retail or bakery/restaurant experience is a plus.
- Must obtain a Food Handler’s Permit after being hired.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review items within the transport prior to delivery to ensure completion and accuracy.
- Complete the delivery route in a timely and efficient manner.
- Load, transport, deliver and unload ingredients and supplies between the two bakery locations.
- Protect the quality of the product during delivery.
- Adhere to the assigned routes and follow time schedules.
- Abate by all transportation and traffic laws and maintain a safe driving record.
- Keep the delivery vehicle organized and clean/sanitize on a regular basis.
- Comply with all health and safety guidelines and Nothing Bundt Cakes policies.
- Run bakery errands as needed.
- Maintain consistent work attendance and punctuality record.
Work Availability:
- Must have be able to work various shifts on weekdays between 9:00AM and 4:00PM.
- Must have the flexibility to work Saturday or Sunday shifts if needed due to high volume of business during holiday seasons or due to larger orders.
- Must be available to work additional hours during the holiday season as needed: Thanksgiving, Valentine’s Day, Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day.
- Must be able to work up to 10-12 hours a week (Part Time Time).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must have strong interpersonal skills; is friendly, helpful, positive, and able to communicate well with others.
- Is organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated.
- Is a skilled, but safe and confident driver, able to drive and park a large delivery van.
- Able to use a GPS.
- Must be able to take initiative and be a quick, efficient, and independent worker.
- Must be able to problem solve.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and sit for extended periods of time.
- Must have the ability to repeatedly lift heavy objects (up to 75lbs).
