A Day in the Life
Lead and inspire our bakery team while ensuring exceptional product quality. Throughout your shift, you'll:
- Guide team members in creating perfectly frosted cakes
- Ensure consistent quality in all our baked goods
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and equipment
- Help manage inventory and production planning
- Support the management team with administrative duties
- Train and coach team members to excel in their roles
- Collaborate with management on scheduling and operations
