Key Responsibilities:

Support Bakery Operations: Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Team Management: Help recruit, train, and manage staff. Provide leadership and ensure team members are complying to standards and performing at their best.
Guest Service: Ensure that every customer has a positive experience by addressing their needs and concerns. Assist in maintaining the quality and presentation of products.
Sales & Reporting: Assist in monitoring sales performance, meeting guest satisfaction and completing daily reports.
Inventory Control: Help manage inventory levels, place orders, and minimize waste.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws.

Qualifications:

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retail, food service, or a related field, with some supervisory experience preferred.
Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Familiarity with POS systems required.
Personal Traits: Customer-focused, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Eager to learn and grow within the company.
Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Gmail, with comfort in learning new technologies

In-depth training process:
- Start training as Joy Creator / Guest Service at Guest Service hourly rate
- After 30 days, performance review and if eligible promoted to Shift Leader at Shift Leader hourly rate

- After 30 - 60 days, performance review and if eligible promoted to Assistant Manager at Assistant Manager hourly rate
