Position Details:
Full-Time
Rotating: Mon-Sat 7:00 am- 8:00 pm, Sun: 10:00 am- 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: Salary $30,000 + DOE
Paid Time-Off Accrued Annually
Health Insurance (or stipend)
Monthly Cell Phone Reimbursement ($50)

Position Summary:
The Bakery Manager is the In-Bakery Operator, responsible for day-to-day operations.
Primary Responsibilities include: Staffing, Baking Production, Customer Service, Budget Management, Marketing and Community Involvement, Food Safety and Compliance.

Requirements: 
5+ Years Management Experience Preferred
Food Safety Manager Certification Current
Train and Be Fully Proficient in Every Bakery Position
Ability Lift 50 lbs
Ability to Be on Feet 8-10 Hours Per Day
Be On-Call for Bakery as Designated
Maintain Good Driving Record for Deliveries
Have Holiday Availability: New Years, Valentines Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas
Ability to Attend Offsite Events
Possess a strong sense of teamwork.
Has integrity and genuine care for others’ needs.Takes initiative.
Fits the brand culture.
Outgoing and friendly personality
Attention to detail and works well under pressure
Multi-tasking ability and strong sense of urgency
Strong sales ability.

Responsibilities (Includes but may not be limited to)
1. Management Shifts: Daily Operations, Cash Management/Bank Deposits, Assist with Inventory/OrderingStaff Huddles, Employee Information Board
2. Human Resources: StaffingRecruitment/Training, Disciplinary Action, Staff Meetings/Communications, Staff Recognition including Celebrations/Birthdays
3. Corporate Accounts/Community Involvement: Contracting Corporate/Wedding Orders
4. Holiday Prep and Operations
5. MarketingEventsBusiness Visits
6. Vendor Contracts
7. Bakery Equipment Maintenance
8. Food Safety and Compliance
9. Work in Any and All Positions of the Bakery as Required

Shift Description
Monthly 90% Rotating In-Bakery Manager Shifts AM and PM: Mon-Sat 8:00 am-9:00 pm; 10% Remote or Off-site 
Compensation: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
