At Nothing Bundt Cakes, the Store Manager Trainee keeps the day to day atmosphere upbeat
and the sweets coming. Every day is delicious and satisfying. And as part of this

The Manager Trainee will learn and master all positions in the bakery including, but not limited to: frosting, baking, guest service, events, marketing, and crafting. The Manager Trainee will work in both the Amherst and Orchard Park bakeries during their training to learn best practices from both teams. After mastering the business the SMIT will be eliglible for promotion to a salaried store manager of one of the two bakeries.
Prior management experience is required. Prior experience in food service or bakeries preferred.
Availability during the weeks of a holiday is required.
