What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support the team during your shift, keeping energy high and operations running smoothly
- Deliver exceptional guest service by creating a friendly, upbeat atmosphere
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and daily reports
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bakery
- Train and coach team members to ensure consistency and quality
- Jump in wherever needed—from helping guests at the counter to keeping the bakery display looking perfect
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive, outgoing personality with strong leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, responsible, and ready to take initiative
- Previous retail, food service, or leadership experience is a plus (but not required)
- A team player who loves creating a great experience for others
