Joy Creators/Guest Services Representatives, or a combination of.
We are currently seeking team members for YEAR-ROUND employment. This is NOT a seasonal position.
Team Members for this position MUST be 18 years of age or older.

Cake Froster Description:
The Cake Froster makes cake frosting and frosts all cakes according to established standards and time guidelines, including cakes available for walk-in guests and pre-ordered cakes. Cake Frosters keep the frosting station clean, sanitized, and running efficiently.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Makes cake frosting
- Frosts all cakes
- Fold cake boxes
- Keep frosting area clean and sanitized
- Assist guests placing phone orders
- Assist other departments as necessary
Cake Frosters put the sugar on top and make every moment extra sweet. You’ll put the finishing touches on the cake for our guests. It’s what makes working here so sweet!
Joy Creator/Guest Services Representative Description:
The Joy Creator serves our guests in person and over-the-phone with creative celebration solutions in a warm and welcoming environment. Joy Creator's assist the Crafting department, perform light cleaning, and some clerical duties.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Introduce walk-in guests to our bakery and our products with a guest tour
- Assist guests with walk-in orders while using creative celebration solutions
- Suggest cake decorations, balloon sales, retail items, candles and cards
- Assist guests placing phone orders
- Operate & balance point of sale (POS) with accuracy and efficiency
- Assist guests with punch cards, information on eClub, and guest surveys
- Keep cake display case stocked with Bundtlets, 8”, and 10” cakes
- Maintain a strong knowledge of NbC's products, prices, and promotions
- Keep retail area clean, swept, and neatly merchandised
- Perform duties assigned by Crafting department such as making design pieces
- Assist other departments as necessary
Joy Creators bring the sunshine indoors! They interact firsthand with our guests and help them find the perfect cake for every occasion. They create an environment of generosity and happiness and make everyone feel welcome. And, by handcrafting the cake decorations, you get to be a part of the joy that our guests experience whenever they enjoy our Decorated Cakes.
Baker Description:
The Baker bakes all sizes and flavors of cakes according to set standards and time guidelines. The Baker is responsible for maintaining required par levels and bakes accordingly. He or she is responsible for keeping the baking station clean, sanitized, and running efficiently.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Bakes cakes in all sizes and flavors by diligently following established recipes
- Removes cakes from pans and packages properly
- Puts baked cakes away and rotates cakes according to established brand standards
- Communicates with management about equipment maintenance
- Tracks inventory and communicates baking material needs to management.
- Keeps baking area clean and sanitized, including tables, equipment, and tools
- Assists other departments as necessary
Bakers are at the heart of it all. Dedicated to perfecting the craft, you see beauty in raw ingredients and strive for consistency when you make our guests’ favorite recipes. You’ll bake the cakes that make people’s day!
Utility/Dishwasher/Bake Assist Description:
The Dishwasher/Utility role washes dishes from the Baking and Frosting departments and keeps the bakery clean, including floors, walls, bathrooms, shelves, etc.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Wash all pans and utensils from Frosting and Baking departments
- Clean restroom
- Keep walls, floors, shelves, and surfaces clean
- Clean refrigerator and cooler units
- Clean floor drains
- Empty trash and take to dumpster
The Bake Assist role assists other departments as necessary, scooping cake batter, flipping cakes, folding boxes, labeling containers, etc.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Assist Baker and Froster(s) with daily tasks
- Scoops cake batter into cake pans
- Flips baked cakes into containers and wraps large cakes to prepare for frosting
- Takes empty cake pans to Utility for washing
- Folds cake boxes, labels containers, etc.
- Assists other departments as necessary
Utility/Dishwasher/Bake Assist sets the stage and makes the magic in our bakery possible. You’ll keep the bakery team’s equipment and dishes clean and ready to make cakes that Bring Joy to thousands of people every day. A true team player, you will assist throughout the bakery- From Guest Service Representatives to Bakers to Frosters and beyond, at Nothing Bundt Cakes everyone works together to make our guests' day a little brighter!

Work Availability: We are currently seeking team members for YEAR-ROUND employment. This is NOT a seasonal position. We request the flexibility to work various shifts on occasion, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, as well as special events outside the bakery, based on changing business demands. We are currently closed on Sundays, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
Compensation: Starting pay is based on starting position. Bakery Team Members may be further compensated based on their experience, availability, drive, ability to learn quickly, desire to improve, willingness to cross-train, and demonstrated leadership. Additional compensation is available, including performance bonuses and other perks!
