Join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes Morrisville, NC, as a Shift Lead! This role is perfect for those who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading a dedicated team to create delightful cake experiences.

Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations and ensure a smooth workflow during shifts.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve their best.
Provide outstanding customer service and resolve any guest concerns.
Oversee inventory management and ensure product quality standards.
Assist in baking and decorating cakes as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery.
Support the management team in achieving sales goals and targets.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Flexible schedules

Compensation: $13.50 - $16.00 per hour
